About Dr. Darryn
I’m Dr. Darryn Remillard, a Marine Corps veteran turned veterinarian, focused on compassionate end-of-life care for pets and their families. After serving in the Marine Corps from 2000 to 2008, including a tour in Iraq, I pursued a veterinary medical career. I earned a B.S. in Business Management from Hawaii Pacific University in 2007, completed a pre-health sciences certificate at Brandeis University, and graduated from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2015.
Since 2021, I’ve provided in-home veterinary services in Southern NH and Northern MA, helping families care for their pets. I realized the importance of meaningful end-of-life care and shifted my focus to palliative care and peaceful at-home euthanasia. I believe goodbyes should be heartfelt, so I include a small ritual—three chimes and a brief blessing (this is optional and pet owners can opt not to have this)—to honor pets and the special connection with their families.
I serve Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts, including offering: palliative care for pets with chronic illnesses and peaceful, in-home euthanasia in a familiar, loving setting.
